  Friendly staff. Service manager Luke was top notch. He was very knowledgeable and definitely a trustworthy honest leader. He went above and beyond to help us when our car broke down. Give this guy a raise!!!

  Have been bringing my work trucks here for the last few years with great results. Today one of my employees brings in our 2022 F250 for a LOF. Upon completion the total for the service is almost double the usual cost which was weird. When the employee asked about the total he was told that synthetic oil was needed instead of conventional oil and that was the reason for the price difference. The employee sent the paid invoice to me and I reached out to the store. Upon speaking to the employee that answered the phone I was advised that synthetic oil was required for the motor in the truck, which I did verify to be correct. When asked why the driver wasn’t advised of the synthetic oil requirement so he could advise me of the process difference I was told he didn’t know that the cost had to be approved by me. My only concern with this interaction was there was no discussion or approval given as to the cost of the service prior to the service being completed. If I would have been called by my employee and made aware of the extra cost I would have approved the service but I should have been able to make that decision prior to the service being completed. The main issue is what if the person didn’t count on spending that much, that day for the service and didn’t have it budgeted to spend the extra $50-60. The lack of transparency is troubling to say the least. Maybe it was an honest over site but while speaking to the representative I was never offered an apology for the miscommunication or a real reason there was no communication as to the pricing prior to the service being started. I guess on to the next service provider. Hopefully this helps another customer out before another over site like this occurs.

  I stopped by there today for an oil change and was interested in getting a quote to replace my car's headlights. The manager, Lorenzo, told me it would cost me 550.00 dollars, even though I have purchased my own headlights. He said he’s cutting me a deal because he’s only charging me for labor which would be 3 1/2 hours. I will never return back to this shop again. Since the other manager transferred to Alabama, the customer service has declined.

  This place is extremely reliable, as a girl that doesn’t know much about cars, the mechanics are extremely educating and understanding. I came in with an appointment for a scheduled oil change and I informed one of the mechanics that my AC has been blowing warm during the day but cold at night, he immediately advised me that he’ll give me a price on how much they’ll charge me to get it back cold. Jorryn informed me of the reasonable price and offered coupons off my selected services. If you are hesitant on where to go and if you are scared you are gonna get overcharged, don’t try and do it yourself. I’m glad I didn’t and I came to these trusted mechanics. Excellent service and of course extremely fast oil change, recharge is about an hour. Make that appointment!
