  A few days before Christmas I showed up about an hour before close because I caught a nail in my tire. Pro-tip for anyone needing service, the earlier in the day you show up, the higher likelihood they'll be able to help you. Sometimes they'll be so loaded up with previous jobs they might not be able to help you later in the day. Appointments guarantee service. Thankfully I knew all this from previous experience so I took the wheel off at home and just brought that which expedites things greatly. Cesar and the crew did a great job removing the nail, performing the patch, and rebalancing the wheel. I'd like to especially thank Cesar for his superior customer service and being so understanding by squeezing me in last minute like he did! You guys saved our Christmas! Everyone here deserves a raise for all of their hard work! Merry Christmas from the Arellano family!!!

  Sean from seffner Fl store was excellent. He came in early to finish our car so we could make it to work on time. He explained the issue in a very professional way and with terms we understood. I will always take our cars to Sean. Most importantly he was honest and respectful.

  Huge thank you to the GM and the entire team at this tire shop! I came in needing a full tire replacement and was honestly pretty stressed, but they took amazing care of me. They helped me find the best options, and even threw in a free alignment, which I truly appreciated. The customer service honest, and genuinely kind. I didn’t feel pressured at all. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing tire work. Thanks again!

The staff was very attentive and fast. It was not just a valve; during the inspection they detected that there was more than one with a problem, which demonstrates their professionalism and attention to detail. The most important thing is that they were able to solve the whole situation at the time. My vehicle is essential for traveling with my family, so I really value efficiency and good treatment. César and all the staff were very friendly and professional. Without a doubt, a reliable place that I recommend.

  Cesar has been a dear close friend of mine for many years now and has been servicing and attending to my car in more ways than I can list. Everywhere he has gone he has always taken with him a sense of professionalism and courtesy when it comes to making sure customers get the proper information passed on to them in a timely fashion about everything regarding the service, along with having excellent turn around periods. Having him here has been no different, I would argue it has even improved. He has proven himself as a trusty dependable mechanic who doesn’t play ring around the Rosie with information or lead you on to try and finesse a quick buck out of you. He is very open, honest, and transparent about the needs of the vehicle and doesn’t sugar coat anything, which is a respectable trait since finding decent honest mechanics can be a hassle sometimes. All in all I would definitely be returning here for routine services for my vehicle and any other extra services they might provide. I felt very secured and confident in them having my vehicle and would STRONGLY recommend them as dependable place of business.
