  Staff is very friendly and engaging. Had a pretty important problem, and they were very willing to attend to it. This branch saved my entire load by being useful , understanding truckers needs with limited resources on the road.

  Many times the employees work very hard to keep an establishment organized and running smoothly, but unfortunately not all customers show the same level of consideration. The driver of the company truck shown in the photo was parked in a clearly restricted area, directly in front of available parking spaces — some of which even appeared large enough to accommodate his vehicle. Instead of using those spaces, he chose to stop in a way that blocked maneuvering access for other trucks, delaying at least three companies from continuing their routes and maintaining compliance with their logs and schedules. After considerable difficulty, I was finally able to park and go inside to shower. In the process, I lost my position in line. I later noticed that the same individual appeared to be doing laundry inside the facility, which suggests this was not a quick stop. The behavior demonstrated a clear lack of consideration for other drivers who depend on efficient access to parking and facilities in order to stay on schedule and operate safely. The truck stop itself was excellent and well maintained. Unfortunately, it is becoming more challenging when some users do not respect shared spaces and the professional responsibilities we all carry on the road.

  I went there for gas March 21, 2026. I got charged for my gas. It went through by the 22nd $46.38 but I have a pending hold of $151 from this gas station. I thought it was fraud so I called my credit card company and they said no this place puts a hold on your credit card. Why would the hold still be on my credit card five days later today which is the 26th when the charge has already gone through and they’ve already received their money?!!! and another point is a $151 hold on a credit card for getting gas at the add a pump is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of and should be illegal and I will never come back to this gas station again ever and I’m warning everybody that I know because I have family in Plant city and we often go to Cracker Barrel. I get gas there just this one time and this happens to me!! I am telling everyone not to go there. very upsetting. I’m going to call the owner and let him/her know that I will never do business with them. I pass by that gas station often. And I’ve seen the owners responses to other complaints on Google reviews and he says you should call the credit card company to get it fixed. It should never happen to begin with!! This is very inconvenient and very upsetting and for someone that could possibly be close to their credit limit and need that money for food or whatever you put that kind of hold on their credit card without their knowledge in advance is a disgrace….update!!! I called the credit card company again a they said it is not a “hold” on my credit card. That is in fact a charge pending to go through. The referred me to their security fraud department and will investigating the matter and contacting the merchant. I had to close that account. How terrible! Look at other complaints about the fraud from this establishment!
