Also threatened to call the cops on me when I wasn’t talking to her! I spoke to Alyssa who is supposed to be cleaning the showers but she’s not. I’ve been waiting on a shower for over an hour. This is a small pilot. It’s no way the showers should be backed up that long. All I’m saying. I’ve been coming to pilot since 2018. I love pilot, purchase 100% of my fuel there. Some individual locations just slack poorly. I’m just speaking on it

Was greeted by Catora who did an amazing job with customer service with me and welcomed me in the store and gave me the safe travels with a smile as I was leaving. Whoever job it is to clean the parking lot has to do better job but overall experience was great clean showers although there is a long line for showers to be cleaned before the next driver can shower.
