- SFstormy ferreras4 days ago1.0Hi all, I just want to let everyone know that the service in this store is horrible, some employees are providing good service but most of them are providing a very poor and mediocre service, making the customer feel like they are doing a customer a favor, and that’s a shame, no wonder why every truck driver out there prefers love. I came inside at 8:05 pm and wanted 2 slices of the italian pizza, there was 1 slice and other pizzas, when I asked I was told that the person that makes the pizza is on break, so I told the girl that I would wait for her to come back and make the pizza, no problem, I went to the lounge and wait, at 8:40 pm I come back out and they said that after 8 pm they don’t make that kind of pizza, so I ask her if they could make an exception today since the employee made a mistake and didn’t know that, then the deli manager comes out and just offer me to give me a complementary slice of another pizza that I don’t even like, so basically I had to pay the consequences of the store employee mistake, that is not ok, and it’s not the first time that this kind of stuff has happened to me at this store, very bad service, horrible, this happened today about and hour ago at store # 625 located at Seffner, Florida

Got woken up rudely at 4:30 am and told we had to leave. We weren’t blocking extra spots and they obviously weren’t busy at that time of the morning. Will not be coming back to this one again
