I had a really great experience getting my oil changed here. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They were professional, respectful, and treated me like a valued customer instead of just another number.
What I appreciated the most was how straightforward they were. They explained everything my vehicle needed in a clear and simple way, without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. They went over the condition of my oil, filters, and other basic maintenance items, and made sure I understood what was important now versus what could wait.
It’s hard to find places that are honest and don’t try to pressure you, but these guys didn’t bullshit me. They gave me the information, answered my questions, and let me make my own decision. That kind of transparency goes a long way.
Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service and would recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional work.

I was Actually recommended to them by a competitor shop from down the street who told me that Express Oil Change does great work and would be BETTER for my vehicle! I'm writing regarding improper service performed at your US-301 Tampa location (Store 430) on February 19, 2026.
Following my oil change, the skid plate that had been removed during service was not properly reinstalled and detached while I was driving home. The next day, I was required to purchase and install a replacement at a Honda dealership in Brandon at a cost of $450. While my vehicle was on the lift, the dealership documented active oil dripping from the oil filter area and provided video evidence of the leak.
I immediately returned to your location and brought this to the attention of your staff. I was told the leak was merely “residual oil” and no responsibility was accepted. I was also informed that a manager would contact me the following day. It has now been over a week, and I have received no communication.
Additionally, during my return visit, several employees were openly engaging in inappropriate and unprofessional conversation within earshot of my vehicle while I was seated inside. This conduct was unacceptable and compounded an already frustrating situation.
I am formally requesting:
• Reimbursement of $450 for the skid plate replacement• A full refund of the oil change service
I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter. Please contact me at your earliest convenience.
