Walked around, found what I needed, brought it to the counter, and the employees are still nowhere to be seen, but I could still hear them gossiping. I stood there for about 5 minutes before being annoyed. I left, walked next door to O’Reilly Auto Parts. The employee heard me walk in and came up front, greeted me, and helped me find what I needed. Now I know the difference between the stores: one has unprofessional workers and one has the definition of professional and friendly workers.
