Yes he changed my battery, but the battery I needed was one that the posts for the battery had to be switched out as well and put on the new battery. Of course, the posts were in so crazy tight it was nuts. He was able to work them free and put them in the new battery. So helpful. Even with all the issues we had, he still had me in and out in a short period of time. Glad I chose this parts store over the others in the area
