  Needed a new battery and negative terminal, auto zone honored the warranty on the old battery and the manager on duty installed it and the negative terminal. Overall an amazing customer service experience!

  Seffner. I went in looking for help with some parts, but the staff didn’t seem very knowledgeable or willing to assist. It felt like no one really knew much about the parts or how to help customers find what they needed. Customer service could definitely be improved. When you go to an auto parts store, you expect the employees to have at least some understanding of the products they’re selling. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case during my visit. Hopefully management works on better training and customer service in the future.

  recently visited here to pick up some oil for my car, and I wanted to share my experience. First off, Nia was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She greeted me with a smile and guided me straight to the oil section, making the whole process super easy. On the other hand, I couldn't help but notice the way David, a manager, was interacting with his employees His rude behavior and yelling and it seemed like he was just in a bad mood. Overall, while Nia's excellent service made my visit positive, David's behavior definitely left a negative impression. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure a more pleasant environment for both employees and customers.
