  I arrived with a reservation and was told that there were no cars available. I was stranded over two hours from home. I looked and they were still accepting reservations knowing that they had no cars available. When I got upset I was told to leave or they would call the police.

  The staff were awesome. The manager found out my spouse and I were craving coffee, but it was too dangerous to cross the highway, so she ordered us some coffee from Dunkin’ through Uber. We also asked for a vehicle with a hitch because we ride our bicycles every day, but they only had cars without one, except for a pickup truck that had just come in and still needed to be cleaned. She asked if we were willing to wait for it to be cleaned, if so, she would give it to us.

  They are very professional. They explained clearly the rules of the game. They acted fast to handle the car and when returning it. I am very satisfied with their service and if I needed to rent a car again, I will go to them.

  Was made a reservation by local car dealership since my car is in the shop for a week with shuttled up there with my information for the drivers license, phone number, etc. etc. only be told that I owe them a $50 Deposit. Told him I was not reserving the car. It was through the dealership so I politely said no and I wait for the shuttle and bricks 45 minutes that in your waiting room with no water or anything else, But what do you expect for Minimum wage? PS Sebring really needs to get another rental car company. Not a old gas station.

  I drove 40 minutes to pick up a reserved car only to be told that they had no cars available for anyone who reserved within the last 48 hours. Two other customers were told the same while I was in the office. The parking lot was full of cars. It would have been nice if we were told this when we made the reservation. Most rental locations will tell you that you can't make a reservation when there are no cars available or at least give you a call.
