Customer service left much to be desired. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because I found what I’m looking for quickly (clean and organized store) and due to past amazing experiences. You get a pass this time but next time, I’ll put the item back and go elsewhere.

I walked in and gave them my phone number so they could look me up. Saw the battery had warranty and gave me the new one. Done! Just as it should be. Easy, no hassle, no 1,000 questions but straight to the point just like it should be for this type of scenario.
