  We had excellent service today at Auto Zone. Rick and Ryan were so accommodating and professional and helped us find the perfect car without any pressure. Plus I won $500.00 in cash at after buying our vehicle and playing the dice game at their big sale event this weekend !

  I usually enjoy coming into Autozone. The ease of shopping (looking for things) makes things less daunting for me. This particular day wasn’t what I’m used to. Customer service left much to be desired. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because I found what I’m looking for quickly (clean and organized store) and due to past amazing experiences. You get a pass this time but next time, I’ll put the item back and go elsewhere.

  Came in for a water pump and bob helped me more than I can say. Jason was also there very happy to help. They not only got my part for me but gave a lot of advice on how to install it. Best autozone I’ve been to.
