  My daughter’s car was parked at work and a roofing company doing work on the building had stuff fall off the roof and damage her car. We brought her car in for an estimate and ultimately had it repaired at this location. The staff here are FANTASTIC! Matt, Connie and Jeremy took such great care of us. Kept us updated every step of the process and they completed the repairs quickly and efficiently. Super pleased with how smoothly the whole process went. If you’re in southern Brevard county, this is hands down the only place you want to take your vehicle for any repairs.

  Connie was always a calming voice on the other end of the line. Jeremy was very helpful, transparent and understanding of my situation. He went above and beyond! Matt also stayed in touch when Jeremy was unavailable, and took the time to listen. Connie, Jeremy & Matt make a great team and possess excellent customer service skills. My car was ready earlier than expected with a high quality of work completed.

  My husband had an accident in our auto and our insurance company recommended a collision company in our area. We went and that company could not of been ruder. They told us just leave our car and they will get to it when they get to it and can’t give us an estimate and not to worry they do repairs all the time!! This car is our baby!! We walked out. My husband had gotten an estimate from Jeremy of Gerber collision a few days before, yet we’re new to the area and thought if our insurance company sent us that’s the route we should go. We walked into Gerber after the horrible experience we just had down the road to be greeted warmly by Connie who couldn’t have been nicer and told us they work with our insurance company too. Connie introduced us to Matt who took us to parking lot to review our car and told us Gerbers process. We left our car here immediately!! If you’re looking for extraordinary customer service this is the place! We will definitely be referring our friends to Jeremy, Matt and Connie!! A huge thank you for a job well done. They exceeded our expectations!!

  Excellent work by these folks! They got my foreign-made car done a lot faster than I thought! Worked seamlessly with my insurance! They really made getting my car fixed a breeze! Definitely recommend!

  First and hopefully last time I’ve had to get repairs done on my truck because of a minor accident. Everyone is professional and very friendly. General manager Jeremy was very accommodating and Matt was very informative about my repairs. Connie at the front desk is awesome as well! Dropped off my truck on Tuesday and it was done by Friday. They updated me when necessary and I couldn’t be happier. Made a stressful situation much less stressful. 10/10 recommend.
