I’ve been on hold for the past hour and a half, and the sign says “sorry we missed you, I’m assisting another customer “ my husband and I left work early to get here before 5pm and no one answers the phone all day and no one is here!! I have a reservation after being in a bad accident and I’m desperate for a vehicle!! We got here at 4:32pm.. this really sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If a customer is paying for something, they should get what they paid for. Not have someone that knows nothing about cars behind the desk handing out clownmobile compact cars.

I called the location to see if I could reserve something for an earlier pickup. The representative asked if a midsize vehicle would work, which made me believe they had availability. I provided all of my information over the phone to complete the reservation. After the call, I received a text message. I only read the first couple of lines and assumed it was confirmation of my reservation. It said, “Good morning, this is your local Sebastian Enterprise” I then left my house and drove to the location, only to be told they had no vehicles available. It was frustrating to provide my personal information and make the trip there, only to find out there was nothing available. It felt disorganized and like my time was not respected. I would not recommend wasting your time at this location.
