  Amazingly smooth process to rent a car. The price was much cheaper here than in Vero. The employee that check out the car for us was professional and efficient. We were in and out in under 10 minutes. The car was practically brand new with no problems experienced during our rental. I hope that the prices in Vero will match Sebastian so I don’t have to drive as far.

  I had a terrible experience with Enterprise in Sebastian. When I spoke with the customer service representative over the phone, everything seemed fine. I was promised a vehicle or a comparable option since my car is currently in the mechanic shop. As a local business owner who needs to be on the road, I depend on accurate information and reliability. I was told to come down to the location, but after arriving and waiting for over half an hour (the staff were “out of the office helping other customers”), I found out there were no vehicles available. I was also told that the only possible car might return around 4:30 PM—and it would be an SUV, even though I specifically requested the cheapest economy vehicle. To make matters worse, the representative casually said, “Oh, that’s what they do, they get you down here, and we may have a vehicle for you.” Why bring someone in when you already know there’s nothing ready? It ended up costing me unnecessary time and money in Ubers back and forth, all because of misleading information. Two thumbs down for the integrity and professionalism of Enterprise in Sebastian.

  Sabrina and Amy are absolutely awesome! Their customer service is top-notch—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire rental process. On top of that, their vehicle cleaner/detailer deserves major credit—the car was spotless, smelled great, and looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Best rental experience I’ve had. Highly recommend this location!

  The car was horrible. Uncomfortable. Expensive. You no longer pick up, so you're no different than anyone else. I've had problems twice now where wasn't able to drop the car off cause no one was there. Sign sai you were out helping other customers - how's that possible when no longer pick up. The sign on the door had a number to call for "immediate" assistance, but it forward back to the unoccupied office. Should have at least forwarded to a cell. Finally got thru to a customer service agent in North Carolina after traversing the labyrinth of you endless phone system. Definitely NEVER using Enterprise again. Also, you're trying to charge me for an additional driver. NO O N E else does that. No cigarette lighter so no source of external power. Only USB-C interfaces so I had to buy $80 worth of new cables to make the rental work. All ridiculous.
