Was advised destination will remove fee, WRONG! Service rep advise i had to contact Orlando myself( ask service rep to call but stated she was too busy). Was advised someone would contact me to remove fee(Still waiting!!). Requested if i could be dropped off at my home(5 mile away), was advised other drive had 2 other appointments, and was done by 12:15. Formerly a USAA employee, will never rent Enterprise or this location again, BUYER BEWARE!!!

Sabrina offered no help at all—even after I explained the situation, she said there was nothing she could do and refused to reimburse the Uber I had to take just to get there. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.
