  My car broke down in their parking lot. I notified the manager that it was broken down and needed a tow. I was unsure as to how long the tow would be and I had to leave the car since I have two small kids with me. I left a pink note with my wife’s number and my number. The car sat in the back corner of the lot along with a white Cruze for 5 days unintentionally. He called my wife very irate and edgy telling her she needed to move the car. We just renewed our AAA and we attempted to pick up the car twice in the middle of the night. The tow truck canceled on us due to the distance and time. We live over 200miles away from the area. Instead of having an understanding of the situation the manager took it upon himself to tape white paper to the car stating it needed to be removed but did not place anything on the other white car that you can see has been sitting longer than my car. I would be more understanding if both cars were tagged but it was only my car. Last time I checked store policy they are not to touch cars unless given permission to plug a OBDII reader in or assist with a battery. The sooner you guys can give him an etiquette and ethics class the better type of manager he will be for your company. The rest of the staff was very understanding but this particular manager was not.

  Had exactly what I needed....just windshield washer fluid/antifreeze that was good to about 0°. I stopped at a nearby competitor but all they carried was RainX whi h is quite expensive and damages the Diamond Shield protector on the front of our motorhome and a regular fluid that was only good to 32°. Perhaps that's OK in FL but we were headed back to SC. Thanks, AuroZone!

  Super bad experience the guy in the morning, with airpods and also cant do a simple addition. 2 oil change offer trying charge me everything apart because lac of oil filter for the brand offer. This is rockauto is the best place to buy.
