He recorded it hoping to shame the store but ended up making a fool of himself. He walked thru the entire store and didn't buy a thing. It doesn't say what location so I wanted to give kudos to my local store. That situation was handle with professionalism. It showed me that the training provided to the employees will help keep prices down by reducing potential theft. That being said, I do shop at this store and have always received excellent service.
