We were charged at the time of purchase allowing us to pick up the brakes from this location. We just noticed on June 18th that we were charged a second time for the exact same purchase in the exact same amount for the exact same products that we paid for in full on the 14th. We have called corporate regarding this online experience and have had no one returned our calls whatsoever. We have gotten nowhere and feel that we need to be reimbursed and contacted immediately, I would not advise anyone to place any order at all online unless you want to be ripped. If I could leave zero Stars I would., and as for this experience we will never ever be spending another cent with this company, as I can see others feel the same way based down their ratings.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
