    Very nice and not pushy. I was told the price upfront before they began working. They were fast and efficient. Showing me the dip stick before and after, I trust they did a good job and gave me an air freshener

    all of the workers were very friendly I caught them at a slow time but everyone carried themselves well and didn't seem sluggish or like they didn't want to be there, I had a $15 off coupon but took the time to check out their website we're heading there and ended up getting a 50% off ! they did a full car check topped off my windshield wiper fluid and got my tires to the proper fill. I'll definitely be going back thank you to the team

    Never go here! My oil drain bolt fell out on the highway. They didn’t torque the bolt to spec and my car was running with no oil.I ended up fixing the problem on my own. Mind you I spent 130$ with them for a “premium oil change” I tried calling them to no response and when I went in there they offered me no resources to fix the problem.I made a claim with the manager but I can already tell it’s going to be a strung out process. Very frustrating

    This place is always fantastic with their friendly and excellent service. They always check everything related to fluids, tire pressure and engine air filter to make sure my car is good to go. And they send me coupons to remind me to come back when it’s time. Super friendly staff. And the are fast!! Speedy friendly service and have never had an issue with caps not being replaced like I’ve have happen at other oil change places. Highly recommend!

    Just moved to the area and was looking for a reliable, honest Oil change shop to service my vehicle (tired of Customer no-service at mega- chains/franchises). My first visit to Strickland brothers in Satellite Beach did not disappoint. As I pulled into the Service bay, was given a complementary bottle of water. The technician, Amber, was friendly, Professional & Thorough. She provided great customer service, & initiated researching the history of my vehicle to know what upcoming service needs were. Amber answered all of my questions with a smile. I highly recommend Strickland Brothers!
