- DCDora Cooper2 days ago5.0I had two good technicians on my visit, thank you Jacob & Logan on Clark Rd. Jacob realized that my radiator fluid was low and he recommended flush but they didn't have it in stock due to delayed delivery. He called the store in Bee Ridge/Bay Rd & US41 and let me know they had it available there for me to go and ask for the manager Brandon, when I got to that store Brandon provided an exceptional service. So happy got that done, as I didn't know that a radiator flush is recommended every 60k miles. Also, serviced the transmission fluid which I will flush also every 60k miles all together 😁

But they did catch that. I had not had a rear differential service since I’ve had my car. They were knowledgeable fairly quick in the service was done in a location that was very convenient for me.

We went back to them today. Turns out they forgot to discharge the used motor oil yesterday before they added six more quarts of oil. You would think they would offer to refund our money. Unbelievable screw up.

Got in line at 7:15 waiting for the store to open at 7:30, at 7:45 I went to the front office to see why the store wasn't open and the guy at the counter said, "Sorry, I'm having a rough morning, it will be a few more minutes" I needed to get to work so I left. On my break, I went to the Sarasota Valvoline. I rolled into the bay and a young man entered my info and walked away. While I was waiting, a woman in a white SUV rolled in and got her oil change and left. As I'm still waiting, I called out to another guy to see how much longer it would be. He stated that they didn't have the filter that I needed in stock and someone had to run out a get on further delaying my oil change. I should have been informed that there would be a delay and it would be MY choice to wait or not. I think I'll just go back to the dealer as I have always done.
