  We brought our 2023 Toyota 4Runner Limited to Jiffy Lube for what should have been a simple oil change, and it turned into a complete nightmare. The technicians were clearly inexperienced and even loudly admitted they made a mistake while working on our vehicle. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to convince us that our car had already been leaking oil which is completely false. Our vehicle has never had any issues prior to this visit. After leaving, we noticed a large puddle of oil under our car just two hours later, staining brand new pavement. It was obvious something had gone very wrong. We contacted management, and instead of offering a solution, they insisted we bring the vehicle back to Jiffy Lube; despite the fact that they had already damaged it. We did not feel comfortable allowing them to touch our vehicle again, so we took it to Toyota. Toyota confirmed that the oil pan had been stripped due to improper service, and it had to be replaced at a cost of over $600. They clearly stated the damage was caused by Jiffy Lube. When I followed up with Jiffy Lube management, they refused to take responsibility simply because we did not return the car to them. Despite their own staff admitting fault, management showed no concern for the damage or the customer experience, only that they wouldn’t be issuing a refund. This was unprofessional, careless, and incredibly frustrating. What should have been a routine oil change resulted in hundreds of dollars in repairs and zero accountability from Jiffy Lube. I would strongly advise others to avoid this location.

  Here’s an update to this issue…after spending $641 for jiffy lube stripping our oil pan they will not refund our money. We advised Dakota the manager of how his employees admitted the wrong doing and he said well it wasn’t documented so no refund. So be VERY careful going to this location. They are not knowledgeable and the techs are only concerned with working on their green Challenger in the back of the shop. Be prepared for an oil change to cost almost $800 from these no good techs. They destroyed our 2023 4Runner by stripping the oil pan and lying to our faces saying it was our fault considering our car has never had any issues or EVER leaked oil. They loudly admitted their error in the shop of the unknowledgeable gentleman working below the car. They have yet to refund our money and now we are having to sit at a Toyota dealership where the oil pan needs to be replaced.
