  Great affordable one way rental. Service at both ends was fantastic, everyone was professional, courteous and they were great about accommodating a last minute change. Highly recommend!

  I had a very frustrating experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car due to inconsistent communication and poor customer service. The rental policy clearly states that payment can be made with a debit card while the hold is placed on a credit card. However, when I arrived, I was given completely conflicting information by staff. One employee told me I needed to use both a debit and credit card, while the branch manager, Yves Marcellus, stated that two forms of payment could not be used at all. Not only was the information inconsistent, but the manager was also extremely rude and unhelpful. There was no effort to clarify the policy or assist in finding a solution—just dismissive communication and a lack of professionalism. It’s concerning that staff are not aligned on basic policies, which creates unnecessary confusion for customers. Clear communication and respectful service should be the standard. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this branch.

  Yves and Aaliyah went above and beyond when I had troubles with my reservation from the website. They were able to smoothly make adjustments and worked towards solutions quickly on my behalf. I can’t thank the two of them enough.

  Although this is a small location, the agent, Benji gave 5 star service to everyone. The line was long but he took time to acknowledge every customer that came in and periodically apologized for the wait. Exceptional customer service!!!!

  My recent experience with Enterprise was extremely disappointing. Despite being listed as the primary driver, I was never promptly informed that the secondary driver’s use of the vehicle had been extended, and I was later held financially responsible for his actions. When I tried to discuss the issue, staff repeatedly interrupted me instead of listening, refused to acknowledge Enterprise’s role in the miscommunication, and would not take accountability for the charges that resulted. This lack of transparency and respect for customers has completely damaged my trust in this company.
