    They had a brand new and very clean vehicle that felt like a test drive during my time in need. The Convenience of being able to bring the rental car to a local car dealership to drop off and pick up my personal car really helped me during a time in need when I didn’t have anyone available to give me a ride. I’m appreciative and it saved me the extra stress. Thank you.

    I dropped off my vehicle after hours and Fred and Justin gave very quick and prompt responses to all my questions and concerns. They investigated into my inquiries and communicated every step of the way. Very satisfied with my experience!

    Do not rent from them. This is the 2nd time I have rented from them and the 2nd time they called the day before and have some lame excuse to cancel my rental. I always used to use Budget and NEVER had any issues with Budget!

    Nate and the manager at the Fruitville Rd office were amazing and accommodating a last minute request to get me into a car as I had originally booked it for the wrong date and couldn't get it fixed online. I rent from them for work and for personal use, and its always been a great experience.
