  Car trunk was stuck open (not driveable with 5 suitcases inside) while in Sarasota, FL. Enterprise 800 help number calls went to a foreign country where I was hung up on twice after speaking to someone for 20 minutes. They were not able to help me with this or send a repair person. Their solution was I had to call the location I rented from (over an hour away, no answer despite multiple calls) or a local branch to “see if they can send someone out to look at it.” The local Sarasota branch was very nice but made it clear they did not have a replacement vehicle or man to send out. Totally unacceptable corporate customer service. I have already reached out to enterprise online about this so please do not direct me there again. I would appreciate a call from someone in management in the US and would expect a partial refund. A whole day of vacation for my 5 person family was disrupted by this.

  I returned my car today 4/9/2026 Mr Lopez showed superior customer service. He was very thorough and professional. Outstanding customer service! I will recommend to all my friends!

  I would 100% recommend Enterprise at the Sarasota airport in Florida. my flight changed several times and the company was extremely accommodating. I spoke with two different employees over the phone that helped me get my pick up times adjusted immediately. The employees were all very kind, very positive, and willing to help any situation. My car was there and ready immediately for pick up and didn’t have to wait in any long lines. The process took about five minutes. As long as the price is comparable to other companies, I would definitely choose enterprise over any other.

  They were excellent. No waiting line at the airport. Fair prices and excellent customer service. The car they rented me was brand new . I didn’t have any problems returning the car either. I’m very satisfied. I will definitely use them again.

  First out of the airport, I went to the counter and spoke with a really nice lady but wow she was an aggressive, high pressure sales person. I don’t mind paying, but I really feel I was being taken advantage of. There was a big line and she was talking fast. She said “since gas prices are rising everyday, everyone seems to be just locking in with Enterprise at $4.83 a gallon and then you don’t have to fill it up. It was busy, she was a “GOOD” seller so I said ok. God forbid I ask a question because I got the “stink eye”. Got out to my husband and he couldn’t believe I agreed to it but whatever. We rented a car (Hyundai Tucson) from March 15-20. The car was ok then later in the evening the car navigation screen was not working. The backup camera was on most of the time we drove. Then the screen would go to snow. The key fob needed a battery because it was very touchy. We took it back on March 16. We had plans but thought we couldn't drive this for 5 days. The first young man I encountered was as rude as all get out and he also was one of those GOOD sellers/talkers. The other young man in the office was nice. We got another car, (Mazda SUV CX) and this one had no navigation. I think since I pulled an attitude with the good seller talker he gave me one that he knew didn’t have navigation. We used our phones no problem. We filled up the tank at the Shell gas station at the airport just before bringing it back. We didn’t even go a mile. Turned it in. Some older guy just said “leave keys on the seat, we’re busy”. Whatever, we left to go get on the plane. We received our paperwork via a text and “voila” they had to put gas in our car. (Really) Our bill was filled with all kinds of bogus fees. It’s ridiculous. Enterprise must hire people who can “sell” and be rude and talk fast. I WILL NEVER AGAIN rent from Enterprise. Now I am reading other reviews and it is not a good company. They train people for high pressure and aggressive sales. I would suggest reading about Enterprise, asking questions before renting. They make it easy online to rent, but, wow, the fees. Be careful!!
