All three visits I’ve been told something was done to learn later it was not. I Brought my Volvo in for my 40000 mile service. We discussed the rotation of my tires seeing it’s been 7500 miles since my last rotation. Paperwork showed tires rotated. They were not. I mark my tires as I’ve been lied to in the past. When I asked the service clerk, she stated she spoke with the tech and he stated my tires did not need rotating as the tread was all even. This was not addressed with me so I could make that decision on whether I would want them rotated or not (which is part of my paid maintenance plan). I would have had them rotated as this should be done regardless. Not happy with their answer or handling of this. They should have said to bring my vehicle back immediately for the rotation but instead got a silly excuse. Now I question what else did they NOT do.

They’ll give you a plenty of recommendations every time, I got my car serviced just a week ago, with all fluids supposedly topped up (as per the bill & policies). To my astonishment, I later discovered the coolant tank cap was just lying opened. Thanks to Volvo’s system, it detected low coolant—but I still ended up missing my flight.
