Today I tried To get an oil change and was just ignored in my car for 20 minutes I arrived at 12 on the dot and pulled out at 12:20 after watching 10 workers scramble around like they were unorganized and none of them came out to check me in. So I left. Like I said, last few visits were a waste of time and I wont be back.

They did not tighten the plug as in could turn the plug with my hand without a tool when I got home actively dripping oil. it leaked nearly 3 quarts of oil on the way home out of 4. My car has Vanos and an oil pressure driven timing chain tensioner. This created slapping and timing chain guide damage which I had to drop the oil pan and fish out as the pieces were lodging in the oil pump pickup. Seriously not a cool situation. Additionally when they put my oil filter housing back on they used way too much torque doing so. As a result that was damaged too. I’m really really disappointed.
