The team was efficient and thorough. I was advised of the details (amount of oil used, condition of old filter, etc.), so no surprises. No upselling, which was a relief. My air filters are fine, thank you. The coupon brought me to this location but this was not a paid endorsement. [But can be if you ask nicely. ;)]

They have no clue what it is sent me to a mechanic which will be done tomorrow! Not professional at all. No manager on site and the “technician” is as by himself! He basically told me to deal either way it! My truck had no issues until he did the service there!! Stay away from it.
- CCCoryDec 10, 20251.0Update: Corporate admitted technician error. Store manager wanted me to bring in car to check out damage. WHAT?! My car will never touch that property again. How stupid does valvoline think people are? They're clearly not qualified enough to do a simple oil change. I had to fight corporate to even get a simple refund. Unbelievable! They took so much life from my engine. $55k car.. Will talk to BBB tomorrow morning. This is unacceptable. On 11/28/2025, the negligence here resulted in likely engine failure on my new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They used a faulty extraction pump and / or faulty technician to remove the old oil, failing to evacuate the engine completely. They then added the full \approx 6 quarts of new oil. The result was a catastrophic 3-quart overfill (9 quarts total in an engine requiring 6). After 2,000 miles, the engine suffered lubrication failure (oil foaming), leading to: ⚠️ Abnormally Low Oil Pressure ⚠️ Loud Valve Train Noise This is extreme negligence. I have initiated a corporate damage claim due to this fundamental error. I highly caution everyone: Check your oil level and the volume of oil removed IMMEDIATELY after service.
