Our vehicle was being towed by this company when the tow truck lost control and crashed, causing our vehicle to strike a tree and sustain severe damage. The crash occurred less than a mile from our home, yet we were never notified by the company. We only learned about the accident because neighbors saw the wreck and called us. When we arrived at the scene, there were three tow trucks present, including a manager, and the situation appeared to be hurriedly managed and cleared. At that time, we were told everything would be “taken care of” and “fixed,” despite the seriousness of what had occurred. Based on what we personally witnessed at the scene and the surrounding circumstances, we had serious concerns about the condition and fitness of the driver at the time of the crash. No clear explanation was ever provided to us, nor was there transparency about how a tow truck transporting a secured vehicle lost control. During this time, the company attempted to control the appraisal and valuation process through their own contacts, while we remained without a vehicle for nearly a month. Communication was evasive, reasonable discussions around replacement value were resisted, and we were left without transportation or clear answers. Ultimately, we were forced to involve our insurance carrier to regain control of the situation and properly address liability. The lack of disclosure, delayed notification, and overall handling of this incident raise serious concerns about accountability and safety. I would strongly urge anyone considering this company to think carefully before trusting them with their vehicle.

One of the drivers was going by on his way to another call and saw my distress , he stopped and pulled me off the highway. He did not need to do this, but was a very kind person. I wish I knew his name, but I would highly recommend this company ! any person that would do that Deserves a metal. Thank you so much for having such wonderful employees
