  I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and brake inspection. After the inspection, Alex at the front desk quoted me over $900 for rear pads and rotors. Within about 10 minutes, I told him I wanted to wait, as my father is a local mechanic and could do the work for less. His reaction was completely unprofessional. He slammed his hand on the desk and said, “I already ordered the parts,” even though I had been told the parts would need to be picked up from another location down the street and none had arrived or been installed. He continued huffing, rolling his eyes, and loudly yelling to the mechanic to stop. I was never quoted a price for the oil change before it was done; it was completed without my explicit approval. I did pay the $125 oil change fee without complaint, but the interaction left me extremely uncomfortable. I am a young woman and had my small child with me. No customer should be treated this way for simply declining a repair. I will not be returning.

  Got an oil change took about 45 minutes to an hour, which was expected. I was able to get my windshield wipers changed as well. Everyone was very helpful and my oil change was completed quickly.

  My experience at Tire Kingdom was really great! I got the best deal on my tires there. I was also helped by Tony he did a great job with helping me choose the right tires for my car & my budget, he was very knowledgeable & friendly. I would highly recommend my friends & family to go there, especially with the great service I received from Mr. Tony there.

  Back to back weeks having a tire issue (different vehicles) and they got me in and out same day - nice and easy. 10/10

  On Dec 10 At 4:45 I showed up with 3 flat tires. Immediately front desk guy started complaining about how it takes 45 min to fix a flat tire and thry close at 6pm and that they only have one machine...I was like, okay no problem, let's only do one tire. Procceded to explain they can't do to close to the edge without even check the tires. I told him, I'm pretty sure at least one of them have to be in not in the edge..still bitching went to check on the tires and came back right away saying my tires are cracking and they cannot do it. My tires are not new but they are not cracking. Didn't even bother asking for one of the tires that i had in my trunk. We have 4 family cars and 2 business vehicles. Lost my business. Bye bye
