The steering wheel is still noticeably off-center, and after inspecting the vehicle, I learned it would’ve been impossible to complete an alignment in the first place because the camber bolts were broken. The upper control arms can’t be adjusted with broken camber bolts, meaning there’s no way a proper alignment could have been performed. I didn’t know about the broken bolts at the time, but any competent shop should have noticed and communicated that issue before charging for the job. Instead, I was billed for work that clearly wasn’t completed. Very disappointing experience and definitely not a place I would trust with future service.
