  Zero stars, I recommended this place to my dad based on a previous positive experience and they just lost my respect! My dad scheduled a windshield replacement through his insurance company and they scheduled a day for them to come out to replace it. They bombard you with phone calls and texts, reminding you of your appointment wanting you to confirm several times all throughout the week. My dad replied to the phone calls, replied to the text messages and confirmed today was the day of his appointment. It’s 5 o’clock. Nobody has shown up not a text message not a phone call in regards to if they needed to reschedule if they were running behind my dad has tried to call the one 800 number several times to contact somebody. Nobody has gotten back to him. That is completely unprofessional and irresponsible. Somebody takes the day off of work or the day off of running errands and is sitting around waiting for you all day after you’ve annoyed them all week with thousands of text messages confirming your appointment and here it is 5 o’clock and you’ve never shown up with no courtesy to contact to reschedule or let somebody know that you’re running behind that is unacceptable business I told my dad to call his insurance company. Cancel with them. Leave them a negative review as I’m doing and select another company that they’ve lost everybody’s business since they are acting so unprofessional if you’re gonna blow somebody’s phone up all week to confirm and they’re gonna sit around all day and wait for you. Have the common courtesy to text them if you need to reschedule or if you’re going to be late and have a number where you can actually reach a live person no more business for Safelite

  The staff at Safelite AutoGlass were outstanding. They were courteous, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the process to keep me informed on the progress of the work. I arrived early, and they completed my Tesla service and calibration much sooner than expected. Thank you for a great experience - I would not hesitate to recommend this location to family, friends, and neighbors. A+ service

  Easy to schedule and professional staff. Colin was excellent and arrived a little earlier than scheduled time. He respected that my time was valuable and finished the job.

  Safelite is an excellent company to work with. From my initial contact until the work was completed was flawless. My technician, Simon, was on time, thorough, and nice to work with. Very pleased!

  Highly recommend the SARASOTA location! Robert and I believe his name is Jamie were wonderful to work with. They righted the wrongs of the Port Charlotte location. They were able to finish what the fools in the Port Charlotte location could not. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience.
