They came to my house with the wrong glass and informed me I would have to have the work performed in their onsite shop. They had my truck for a day longer than they said they would. In the process of repairing they put a tear in my headliner and forgot to put all the plastic trim back on. They offered to replace the headliner in my daily work truck. It’s a 3 day repair that is required for replacing the headliner. They also offered to pay for a rental car. A rental car won’t pull my trailer I need for my company. After all the issues I just noticed the rear power slide window leaks water and the trim was put back on with double sided tape. What a hack job performed and a big inconvenience for me
