I politely asked which coffee was the strongest and received a rude response. I then asked if the donuts were fresh and was told they were delivered at 1:30 a.m., again with a very bad attitude. When I asked for her name so I could speak with a manager, she refused to give it and was not wearing a name tag. She was heavy-set with dark brown hair in a ponytail. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed. I wish I was the district manager of RaceTrac. I would've terminated her on the spot. The way she is towards customers is unacceptable. Again, she should be terminated.

When I went back inside to talk to the manager, she said, because it was american express card, they put a $175 hold on once it comes off your credit card.Whatever you paid for gas, they will release Release the $175. I called my credit card company.They said it's gonna be on there for 8 days until it can come back off. They said that raceway puts a security hold on people's credit cards.When they pump gas I will never use american express card.I canceled my credit card and I will never go back to raceway again.To get gas. Raceway, gas stations are the worst to deal with america.Because it is I will be boycotting them and make sure to post on facebook and any social media.How they charge and put a hundred and seventy five hold on credit cards
