    Penske double billed me $4,000+. Why? Because the truck we had broke around 1am, we called the emergence roadside assistance, they sent another truck. But what is the problem there? Their system isn't smart enough to understand that we "returned" one truck and got another one. By the branch finance manager and compliance team it was OUR FAULT, because we didn't tell Fort Myers location that the second truck came from Sarasota. HOW AM I SUPPOST TO KNOW THAT? Why their system automatic change when the lady from the roadside assistance compute what happened? Btw, we never got the truck in Fort Myers, we picked up in Sarasota; it came from Fort Myers, BUT WE PICKED UP IN SARASOTA, all the papers were signed in Sarasota. Not my problem you guys are disorganized. Plus, the miscommunication and miscalculation between the assistant district rental manager (Joshua Meadows), branch finance manager (Ashley Woolsey) and compliance team. They give you ZERO EXPLANATION, JUST THE BILL!!! What a big mess!!! Assistant district rental manager tell me that I was credited $4,340.09. Where is this credit? WHO KNOWS. The branch finance manager determined I was due a credit of $2,147.46. Where is this credit? WHO KNOWS. I had to explain my situation to the compliance team to don't get double billed, since NOBODY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. Resuming, I sent an email to the assistant district rental manager explaining since the beginning, with emails attached to prove the mistakes. HE NEVER ANSWERED OR SAID "SORRY FOR OUR MESS", just sent me another bill. I dont trust, never using them again. And please if you are using their service, PAY ATTENTION on your bills.
