The employees looked annoyed that a customer even showed up. Zero professionalism, zero knowledge, and zero effort. They took forever to do a simple job, and somehow still managed to screw it up. They put USED, uneven tires on my car and pretended everything was “fine.” As soon as I drove off, my steering wheel was shaking like crazy. I came back, and instead of fixing their mistake, they gave me attitude and tried to blame me for their incompetence. The level of carelessness is unbelievable. Tools left loose, tires not balanced correctly, car handed back dirty, and no one taking responsibility. It felt like they have never worked on a car before in their life. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this place. I wouldn’t trust them to put air in a bicycle tire, let alone touch my car again. Complete joke of a business.
