They said that their machine broke and while trying to reset the oil light and that’s why it was so long but when he drove the car out to me there was a huge grease spot on the drivers mat. He denied that it happened there, my car is immaculate, clean, mechanically etc. and they know but he still said it wasn’t them unless whoever drove the car in didn’t put a floor mat down !!!! I asked to check the tread marks on the shoes of the guys and he laughed it off then I asked if I was going to have to clean it myself at home. He said that it looked that way. WOW. So on the way home I stopped at the local parts store and I bought a carpet cleaner to remove the grease. Not to mention I paid them $200. For the oil change.
