I was told that the manager Chris would apply a discount that I received as a text towards the bill and then never did so. I called back same day to see if he could apply the discount to the bill. And he told me, I had to be in the store with him with the original bill, and I'd have to come back the forty minute drive to get the discount. I did so the next day and he was not there in the guys told me there's nothing they can do. And they don't even have the ability and I'd have to come back on a day Chris was there. Pretty bad customer service. If you ask me, why have people in charge when you're not there and can't do anything about it.

I hate to say it, but that my vehicle has been more than five years and the Cadillac dealership did not put synthetic oil in.
