  The Goodyear staff are Phenomenal! I just got a tire for the Mercedes and they couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. Wonderful place and staff. Thank you !

  TERRIBLE service! I just left the store after having my car towed over there. I previously called and let them know I was coming, they said that was ok. When I get there I literally got mistreated. The one guy I talked to was mean since the beginning, but what really shocked me was when he started fussing and cursing in low voice to himself and the computer, it was very disgusting. Then he proceeded to tell me that there’s nothing he can do because the technician comes on Thursday. I desperately basked him when he could do and he gave me no hope. So I decided to stop overlooking the fact that when they put mi tires in a previous appointment, they miss screw them and called me to come back after I left with the tires. Very dangerous situation for me. So no, if you’re looking for a place to get your car fixed just don’t come here.

  If I could give this store 10 stars, I would. I received service at another Goodyear location a week ago. Without going into details my car had a problem after the service. I took the car back and was treated horribly. I drove to this location and was greeted by Jose. I explained the situation and he contacted Tom Busch, the store manager. Mr. Busch was professional, friendly and assured me he would check the car if I had a few minutes. He not only checked the car, he did a complete inspection, finding issues with the previous service, which he then corrected. I offered to pay for the additional work, but was told the Central Florida Team Leader had been made aware of the incident and authorized it (BTW I received a call from him to follow up). Mr. Busch himself did the work on my car. I tried to tip him but he refused. Starting with Jose the entire crew here made me feel welcome. They were friendly and engaging and created a positive atmosphere. Of course, the most important thing is that my car is running great. A big thank you to Mr. Busch, his crew, the Team Leader and Goodyear for the exemplary service. This is the place to come if you need service, and I’ll definitely be back.

  Goodyear Tire & Service – Clark Road, Sarasota, FL I brought my car in at 8:30 AM for a simple tire install under warranty—the tire was already off the vehicle. What should have taken 30 minutes turned into a five-hour nightmare. Two technicians, Trentin Wilhelm and Van Castillo, worked on it. One of them even had a cast on, which might explain part of the delay, but there was no urgency, no communication, and no respect for my time. It took them more than 30 minutes just to write the ticket. Joe walked out three times trying to get the mileage while Justin Anderson, the service advisor, tried to hold things together. By 1 PM, the car still wasn’t done. I had a paid job in Tampa I was now missing—$450 lost income. When I asked for an update, Manager Thomas Busch actually said, “Sometimes working on cars doesn’t work.” Meanwhile, one employee sat in the lobby on his phone while three others stood around my car doing nothing. When the job was finally finished, the car was still sitting on the lift. I had to tell them to bring it down. Then, during checkout, they added a $200 ‘MaxLife’ charge I never approved. When I told them I didn’t want it, they charged it anyway. After arguing, they finally realized my warranty covered installation—yet still hit me with a $7 fee. To top it off, when I got in my car, the low-tire-pressure light was still on. After five hours in their shop, the work was incomplete, I lost an entire job, and I left paying for something I shouldn’t have been charged for in the first place. I rarely write reviews, but this one needs to be heard. The Clark Road Goodyear in Sarasota is completely disorganized, unprofessional, and poorly managed. If I could give negative stars, I would. Goodyear’s name used to mean quality—this location is the exact opposite. Ten thumbs down.

  Thomas was beyond helpful in procuring and installing tires on my company fleet vehicle. He solved my emergency within 24 hours and I could NOT be more thankful for his kindness and expertise.
