  I’ve been taking my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Goodyear on Lemon Ave for almost 10 years. I feel like they’ve always been honest and straightforward with me. Recently there was an issue that was going to cost me quite a bit, but they were able to fix it in a more cost effective way. Shawn also did a fantastic job in explaining things.

  Needed two new tires on front of Mom’s car. Shop foreman was polite, professional, and on his game. Fixed us up and gave good advice. Wait time was reasonable. Very highly recommended.

  Goodyear downtown Sarasota used to be a five star shop… Richard was the kindest and most professional and helpful man I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with while shopping for new tires and repairs. Unfortunately, that all changed as soon as he left. I have been going to this Goodyear for all of my tire and mechanic needs for the past six years. I went in there a month ago, and was greeted with a frowning face, who seemed to be bothered by me. I was deeply disappointed with the customer service… Or lack thereof. And for that reason, my review has gone from five star to two star. I turned around and ended up leaving. I will take my business elsewhere. I just wanted to add… There was a young man who worked in the shop with longer shaggy brown hair. I am not sure if he’s still there anymore as I turned around and opted to leave as I was very turned off by the new employees lack of friendliness. I just wanted to add that that young man was extremely helpful, always so kind to myself and my family, and this review has nothing to do with him. I’m not sure if he is there anymore or not.

  We have used this Goodyear service station many times and are always satisfied. Yesterday they fixed our car's flat tire despite not being on their schedule. Michael especially provided excellent service. Highly recommended.

  Consistent excellent service with a very friendly and helpful staff. I recently had to get air in my tires due to a cold snap and Zander was especially helpful in ensuring the tires were inflated appropriately and the vehicle was safe to drive. Highly recommend!
