Unfortunately, that all changed as soon as he left. I have been going to this Goodyear for all of my tire and mechanic needs for the past six years. I went in there a month ago, and was greeted with a frowning face, who seemed to be bothered by me. I was deeply disappointed with the customer service… Or lack thereof. And for that reason, my review has gone from five star to two star. I turned around and ended up leaving. I will take my business elsewhere. I just wanted to add… There was a young man who worked in the shop with longer shaggy brown hair. I am not sure if he’s still there anymore as I turned around and opted to leave as I was very turned off by the new employees lack of friendliness. I just wanted to add that that young man was extremely helpful, always so kind to myself and my family, and this review has nothing to do with him. I’m not sure if he is there anymore or not.
