Manager Q didn't have any appointments for a few days, but managed to squeeze me in pretty quickly. I so appreciate this, as the battery would soon not start the car and I'd be stranded. Since then, the car starts fine and I'm off to the races. Thanks, Q! (I'll be back, as I've recently moved into the neighborhood -- good to have reliable service.)

Worse display of customer service from a “ manager “ piece of advice- he needs to be hidden in the back non customer facing environment with his terrible attitude. Booked the appt to get a call to reschedule due to being understaff and I can totally see WHY. I come on Christmas Eve cause that was the earliest next booking, Asian dude scoffs and goes “ your appt was yesterday at 10am” I said there’s no way it would be at 10 when I’m at work at that time. He goes nope, I know what I said, clearly you do not. My partner overheard the appt time and confirmed ) The gentlemen here today are so much more pleasant & one of them should be the manager of this place. The one Star is for the initial interaction, Goodluck at keeping staff!

They said four nails were in the tire. They quoted a ridiculous price for a new tire so I left. Another local tire company looked at the tire. NO NAILS OR DAMAGE. Stay away from this store.
