I got there a little early to give me time to check in so as not to disrupt their schedule. Was told that someone called in sick and they didn't know when they could get to it today so it would probably be best to reschedule for next Wednesday. (As I will be going out of town was really needing to get my oil changed.) I asked why no one called to let me know there was an issue. Was told they just found out because the person is on the "night shift." As it is a 10 mile trip one way to get there it would have been only common courtesy to let me know their situation before I drove up there. The service agent acted like he really could care less. I have been getting my car serviced there for two years and had great customer service. I recommended them several times on NextDoor. That changes today and I will find a place closer to home to get my car serviced.
