Communication could’ve been a little more consistent as I didn’t always receive updates when asked but they were easy to get a hold of and always friendly and helpful. Called and explained that due to traffic I could arrive @5:15, they close at 5:30. Explained they could take pictures of the limited damage I have for a door scrap and email me the estimate. Other companies I received estimates from took less than 5 minutes and did just that. However, they informed me that even though they had estimators available and I could arrive before they closed, they weren't interested. Poor customer service I'm to assume that they have enough work and my business doesn't matter. I guess this is the new America.
