- ABAubrey Bainbridge3 days ago2.0READ THE REVIEWS. Unfortunately this is probably the worst Enterprise location I have ever been to. Very short staffed. Never answer their phones. They have a very LIMITED stock of vehicles at this location. 95% of the staff there are very unprofessional, having loud personal conversations with other co-workers while assisting clients, making the clients wait while conversating with the other employees. No respect for the clients or their time, it seems most of the staff do not understand customer service very well. When I arrived to pick up my rental, after waiting a while for anyone to acknowledge me, the employee tells me he will have it ready for me soon, and I asked do I get to pick the car I want, he responded very rudely and said "well we have one left so thats what your getting". Understandable if they do not have many cars, but working customer service, there is a certain way you talk to your clients. Would have put 0 stars. However, only reason for 2 stars is due to the nice gentleman that noticed I was not being helped appropriately and came to help, he was professional and very nice. Would not recommend this location.

I rent from this location continuously for months at a time. Lately since he been there is always an issue. I strongly recommend my friends and fellow car renters to avoid this enterprise location. Till the staff is reorganize!!!
