  No need to use another car rental company. Enterprise is far superior to and the others I've used in the past. Great pickup and return process. Great staff. Great customer service.

  The wait to pick up a car was between 45 min to an hour. I did everything online but had to wait for everyone else who did not. I thought the wait was ridiculous to get my vehicle. The return process was absolutely perfect. They directed me.to a line i gor put grabbed my luggage and the employee was absolutely polite and nice and I asked whats next he said your good to go your receipt is being sent to your email. Safe travels. It was perfect.

  The worst condition of a rental car ever! My parents are in their eighties and the car they were given was completely disgusting. The upholstery had stains everywhere and looked like it had never been cleaned. It was supposed to be a non-smoking car and the pot stench was obvious when you opened the door. It was late when they arrived at SRQ and were tired from traveling so my dad didn’t want to go back in and get a replacement. This was a horrible experience every time we rode in this car, and wouldn’t recommend this rental company, especially for the elderly. They were not treated with respect and taken advantage of with late hour arrival and their age!

  Did not get the car I was promised (convertible). Had planned the whole trip around the car. A long, sunny, coastal drive. Was told I would be contacted when a convertible came in and could swap. Was never contacted by anyone. I used this company because of their good reviews! Edited 2/11/26 after your response: Enterprise customer service may be great, but that doesn't change the fact that you did not deliver the car that was promised, nor did you follow through on your promise to contact me when the car became available. Now you're asking me to spend my time trying to resolve what you can't resolve. You know how to contact me via all my reservation information; my email, my cellphone, but you want ME to reach out to YOU. That's not good customer service. That's just shifting the responsibility to your customer.

  Didn’t rent from SRQ but returned a rental from Tampa Airport. Fortunately, Enterprise Tampa took pictures of the car before leaving the airport because when I dropped off the car at SRQ, Enterprise members were pointing out various dents and scratches on my vehicle, saying that a claim form will be filled out. I asked them to check out the photos that were taken at Tampa, to which they replied there were no photos in the file. We went back and forth on this several times, asking them to keep checking their e-reader / tablet to make sure there were no photos. Lo and behold, the fourth or so time I asked, as I was standing right next to the Enterprise member and looking at the tablet, did the photos “miraculously” appear. And you know what? The dents and scratches that they pointed out existed when I rented the car at Tampa. Perhaps the tablet was slow or the internet connection wasn’t working well but make sure if they call you out for any dents or scratches that you look directly at the tablet they are using.
