    Friendly Had to edit my review because when I went to drop off my car it appears the guy in Sarasota decided to sneak in mileage in my contract Delayed my return

    Extremely long wait, employees seemed overwhelmed/undertrained. To be fair, Other agencies were pretty much the same way.

    Double check everything. I paid for a vehicle and they gave me a cheaper version than I selected. I called and was told they would refund the difference upon drop off. After drop off, they don’t want to honor the price difference of the car they gave me.

    Terrible experience. Got a lower class of car, but charged us for the original class of car booked. Did not add a specific additional driver requested. I would not recommend using Enterprise.

    I appreciate the SRQ Enterprise team for their excellent customer service! When I arrived @ the Sarasota airport, the only convertible was a black vehicle (hot in Florida sun.) I expressed disappointment and expressed I preferred a lighter color like yellow or lt blue. Well, Claudia reached out to me when they got more selection in a few days later. Both Claudia McCarthy and Carson Peters made it happen. I told them yellow and they held it for me until I could get there to switch out to a preferred convertible. Thank you Claudia and Carson for going above and beyond to make my experience a great one!
