My car was acting up and I pulled into auto zone and Shane was right there he quickly did a diagnostic then we went inside. The computer pulled up an issue and Shane still went above and beyond and did a different diagnostic and was able to tell me with out a doubt what was wrong with my car and if it was safe to drive home!!! If you have an issue call Shane at the auto zone in Sarasota. I am so impressed and grateful.

I stopped by because my car was having trouble starting, and Dave, the manager, came right out to help me figure out what was wrong. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and even helped me correct it right there in the parking lot. He also used his test kits to check a few other parts to make sure nothing else needed attention. I really appreciated how professional, knowledgeable, and kind he was — he went above and beyond. Excellent customer service!
