When I finally asked for the part I needed, I had to repeat myself several times because he wasn’t paying attention and had headphones on, just like the other workers who didn’t bother to help at all. After he finally understood what I was looking for, the part showed up right there on his screen. Instead of selling it to me, he told me to “go to the dealer” and refused to help any further — basically telling me he wouldn’t sell me anything. Terrible customer service. Unprofessional, careless staff. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Dave will come look under the hood, help diagnose, & fix your problem all with that great smile. His temperament, knowledge, & attention to detail is what I’d expect from my doctor, to say he’s elite is an understatement. If you find yourself with car issues, I trust Dave & his team are willing to help in anyway they can!
