After renting a f-150 or similar , paying in advance to secure a “guaranteed car” we arrive to airport to find they have no cars. They tell us to come back tomorrow . Laughable. We ended up ubering all over Sarasota the next day because they never came up with the car I payed in advance for . Finally we had to uber up to st Pete airport where Alamo stuck us in a small suv which for five people with 5 full suitcases we had to be folded up like pretzels to make it work. Not only did we get a car for less time than I payed for but also got a car that was under the Teir of what I payed for. This place is a joke. Zero professionalism .

- RMRobert MontgomeryDec 27, 20251.0I don't know how to even start this story off me and my family rented a vehicle from Alamo from the Philadelphia international airport location a Toyota RAV4 with the hopes of driving to Florida for a Christmas vacation on the way down to Florida halfway through saying South Carolina I notice the brakes wasn't holding up as well as they should continue to the grace of God i made it to my destination in Florida The next day i call Alamo let them know what was the problem with the car they said they switch it out no problem happy customer fast forward they give us a Ford bronco no problem not as nice as a car no leather seats no power seats nothing automatic but we take it so two days into having this vehicle you get a oil change light so the car needs an oil change so now we're down here stuck waiting for the oil change or a new vehicle forever at this point I don't want this vehicle I want a new vehicle and I'm kind of upset because it's two days into my vacation they had to spend down here to deal with this car and I'm just like I'm not doing this no more at this point I want a full refund give me a better car something
