An employee named Mike is very knowledgeable and helpful with either installing parts or making sure you have the right parts you need for any project you are tackling. If he doesn’t know the answers off hand he will make sure to get you the answers by doing a little bit of research on the computer or asking other employees, to make sure you leave if the best knowledge and or parts that you may need to fix you vehicles.

When I went to a repair shop, they informed me the filter was incorrect. I returned to the store the same day, but the staff refused a return because I did not have a receipt. I understand store policies, but customers should automatically be given receipts to avoid situations like this. I am now stuck with an $18 filter I cannot use. This could have been handled much better, and I expected more helpful customer service.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
