As I was walking up to register, they were talking to another older associate about how she did not want to deal with customers and wanted to be on the floor instead. I was turning a battery in for rebate. I was originally told something different than what was being shown on her screen. I admit I did not know what was going on but that is the associates responsibility to explain in a calm and respectful way. Not belittling and disrespectful. It’s a battery exchange at an auto parts store, your job isn’t that serious.
