I didn't like that the clerk inside seemed to be purposely mispronouncing my name as I walked in, reading it repeatedly from the pick-up ticket that must have printed. I'm not overly sensitive about mispronouncing my name as people often try to pronounce it the Hispanic way to be politically correct because that is how it is spelled. What made it upsetting was the fun the associate seemed to be having mispronouncing it, literally making fun of the pronunciation of the spelling of my name. For that, I go from 5 stars to 4. Have fun at work, but not at a customer's expense, and especially not within earshot. Be professional.

Once there was a line of men behind me, he grabbed someone else from the back. I quickly explained my frustration, About not being greeted or even Interacted with. Even though this was not his fault, Kaleb Apologized and continued to help me the best way he could. The help from the back named Kaleb Was extremely helpful and patient as my car was giving him some trouble putting in the new battery. I appreciate his patience and perseverance, and he was kind the entire time. Even though he really was the only one working, And had a lot of customers that he had to deal with he was patient and kind. Thank you, Kaleb
