  I’m very disappointed in BMW, of Sarasota. I had a 12 o’clock appointment for a 4 wheel alignment. At approximately 2:15 pm I received a call from the service write up manager Andrew with the sales pitch to replace my rear brakes, I was not there for a brake job, I was there for an alignment. At approximately 3:00 pm Andrew approached me to inform me that the alignment could not be performed because I needed new Ty rod ends. So I did not get the alignment done, I took it to a different garage today and the alignment was done without the new tire rod ends. This experience left me with a bad taste to ever go back to your establishment for any service. I’m going to replace my vehicle this year, but I’m seriously looking at Mercedes Benz as my next vehicle, because I not longer trust BMW of Sarasota to get my vehicle serviced there. I’m absolutely positive that no one from the dearer ship will contact me. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

  Do not buy a used car from this car lot. We bought a car from them almost 2 years ago. Within the first two weeks the transmission went out. Thankfully they replaced that but since then we have had nothing but issues after the transmission change and they refused to do anything about it. You think upscale when you think BMW car lot but they are worse than most by here pay here’s. We are just not being able to get all the issues fixed. Absolutely disgusting dealership!

  I had a terrible experience with BMW of Sarasota. The service department did a poor job handling my vehicle from start to finish. Communication was basically nonexistent — I constantly had to call and text just to get any kind of update. When I finally got my car back, my carbon fiber mirror cap was missing. They told me they would order a replacement, but it’s now been a week with zero updates. I’ve been reaching out to Brooke, who was handling my service, and she has completely stopped responding. It’s extremely frustrating to trust a dealership with your car and have it returned in worse condition, with no accountability or follow-up. I expected a much higher level of professionalism from BMW. I would not recommend their service department at all.

  This will be my first and last BMW. There has been very little I can say about service and my experiences since I have had the car, but the latest experience was just a simple courtesy. I left the car to have the complete front brakes redone the $1600 job. I was out of the country and came back to pick the car up. They had left it out which is not surprising but it was parked underneath the tree. The car was covered in bird poop and also and whatever the Tree stuff was this is card that I take care of and it’s always garage and you would think they would have the courtesy to at least wash it. It has never been treated that way. This is mine to the problems. I’ve had like picking the car at 4:30 and have to wait 45 minutes because all of the service people have already left for the day and there was nobody that could take my money. It is simple things when you own a high-end car you don’t expect for service

  I had an excellent experience purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. I was able to negotiate the entire deal remotely from New Jersey, and the process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. Everything was straightforward, transparent, and exactly as discussed—no hidden tactics or surprises like you sometimes hear about with other dealers. Chad was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He was professional, responsive, and worked with me to get a great price. He made the entire experience easy and stress-free, even from out of state. Overall, this was a smooth, honest transaction, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience.
