  The guys at a this location are the BEST. I always get my oil changed here. Have also had other work done.Honest and fast. Today Owen was so kind and helpful. The manager always has a great attitude and you can tell that sets the tone for everyone else that works there. I appreciate the consistent kindness. Thanks so much

  The team at Express Oil Change is top notch and does a great job! I had a tire leak due to running over a screw last Thursday night that AAA plugged, so I called around Friday morning and John, the store manager, told me to bring my vehicle in. Despite being very busy, John had one of his crew members take a quick look at my tire. They determined they couldn't patch it, and they gave me the option to order a new tire before I returned home on Sunday (Easter). However, since the plug was holding up I decided to drive it home, and the plug held up. John didn't even charge me for the diagnosis - much appreciated! I was highly impressed with the way John took good care of me, and was up front and honest and communicated timing, etc. If you're in the Destin area and need tire assistance, call John and he will take great care of you!

  I’ve been dealing with a lot with my car. I didn’t have a great first experience here. It took me a while before I finally called management about my frustrations. The moment I did it felt like they moved mountains to help figure out what was going on with my car. I appreciate their help and their willingness to help make things right. Not something you see every day.

  I use espresso oil change exclusively for my oil changes. Today I was having issues with my windshield washer solvent not spraying. Jeremy(the manager) said to bring it in and they’d look at it. Jeremy and Owen diagnosed and cleared the lines in seconds and sent me on my way. Now THAT is customer service. I’ll be back in about 1000 miles for my next oil change. Thanks guys!!!

  I called the other day needing help with my car. I didn't have an appointment and was told to " come on and see John ". When I got to the shop and walked in there was a room full of 6 people in the front office and there I met John. And all I can say I WOW. He was slammed and the phone was ringing like crazy but he took time with each person and on the phone, took down the info and handled each person with care and professionaism. I was in and out with no appointment within the hour. All I can say is that John is a BEAST and will have my families business from here on out. He is definitely THE MAN ..
