  I had appointment to get oil change and tires rotated/balanced and they had be out of there in an hour. They didn’t talk over my head or sale a bunch of services. John and Andrew were great- Just great guys doing a great job! This is my experience each time, they’re consistently great!

  Love this location! Owen was so helpful, professional, and knowledgeable! I was 2nd in line and I watched how detailed Owen was with the customer ahead of me. I hoped he would be the same way with me; I watched as he took the time to explain his findings without losing patience even though all the “Bays” had at least 2 in each line. Owen didn’t disappoint! He was so patient with my questions and provided suggestions after his findings. It is wonderful to know albeit an “express” service, he did not skimp on his attention! I’ll be a returning customer! Thank you, Express Oil & Tire Engineers!

  John Yelton, the service manager, quickly determined that my punctured tire could not be repaired, and John assisted me in selecting an appropriate replacement tire which was in stock. My new tire was promptly and professionally installed by his crew, and I was soon on my way. Very courteous and professional care and I will be returning to this business for future automotive service needs.

  A 10/10 experience all around. I called about my tire which I desperately needed fixed (was hissing air). John said they didn’t have my tires in stock but he could get them there by next day at lunch. He also told me to come in the meantime to fix my tire up so that I could drive on it. I ended up getting a new set of tires at a great price and such great, quick service. Communication was wonderful also. On top of that, my cup holder had fallen through and I asked them about fixing it. They fixed it at no cost and it took a while to take it apart and put it back together. I’ve always loved express oil for oil changes but I highly recommend these guys for tires as well and will be going back in the future!!!

  I have been hesitant to go here because of all of the negative reviews that I have seen in town, but I was way overdue for an oil change, and I didn’t feel like driving to the Honda dealership in Panama City… Even though it is a fourth of the price. Went in for a synthetic oil change. First thing I told the dude was that I need my windshield wiper fluid filled (yes, I know they’re supposed to top off all of the fluids, but I wanted him to be aware that I was completely out). He said no problem. I also had a $26 off coupon that I found online, and he said that, even though that doesn’t work, he has one that will. Fine. As he was completing the service, he mentioned that he topped off my windshield wiper fluid, but then he also cleaned my windshield, which I thought was nice He forgot to give me my discount, so he apologized and took it off. Next day, I go to use my windshield wiper fluid, and surprise! There is none. I even got under the hood and looked, and the dude didn’t even top it off, even though he specifically told me that he did. It’s little things like this that make me wonder if they even changed the oil in 10 minutes…. Like, why did he lie? Or did he actually not even know what he was doing and put the windshield wiper fluid somewhere else under my hood?
