  I had a great experience at Express Oil Change thanks to Chad. He was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire visit. Chad took care of oil changes on both my Ford F-150 and Jeep Gladiator, and the service was quick, smooth, and thorough. Top-notch customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend this location and especially Chad …five stars all the way!

  I recently came to the Santa Rosa Beach Express Oil Change location and received excellent service! I popped in on a Saturday afternoon due to an inflated tire. I had my 2.5 year old son with me and really needed my tire patched. I was expecting to wait a couple of hours due to the day and time but Jake and John were so helpful and got me taken care of within 30 minutes of being there! Thank you Jake and John for your exceptional service! Would definitely recommend.

  Arrived at Express Oil Change in Santa Rosa Beach, FL with what I thought was an issue with my vehicle. John and Jeremy immediately took it in for testing to locate the issue, if any. After diagnosing they determined that that the vehicle was working as designed. Determined that the issue may be the RV we tow. If in this area and need assistance with your vehicle definitely recommend you stop by Express Oil Change Tire Engineers for assistance. Excellent service and excellent customer service.

  This location is extremely busy because of where it’s located, which can be a pain to even park your car but no biggie. We dealt with it. We got up at 6am to drop our vehicle off at 8am to get tires mounted because they couldn’t get to it the previous day as they were down a few workers which is understandable . We ended up having to leave it overnight because they still didn’t get it done the day they requested we bring it. The next day the work was done properly and the customer service was good. The real problem We had was we had a verbal quote a few days before on the phone for 120 to mount 4 tires and when we went to pick up our vehicle, it somehow went to 180 and with tax it was over 200.00 which we felt was too expensive even for this overpriced beach area. Being locals We usually take our vehicles to Freeport or Defuniak to get reasonable prices for repairs . We paid it but felt for the inconvenience that we had to deal with We could have at least been given a break off the original 120 quote we original received but its all about being the #1 store in sales in the US i guess. We are local business owners and often give reduced 10 to 20% off of fees to keep customers happy , sometimes that’s a little more important than being the number one store in the country.
