She dismissed the situation like criminals were standing in front of her. Ohhhhh, and the item was advertised as one price but was charged more. So, not only did we not receive the item we purchased... we were also charged more for it. Customer service was truly sad and I hope that lady gets a hug because her attitude was very distasteful and disrespectful!
