I didn't have to beg I just explained my situation. They found a receipt from 3 months ago to help me out without papers or my phone number which was extraordinary. Mrs D is the sweetest even with a full store and a lot going on. Knows how to prioritize and wasn't afraid to reach out for favors. Every employee is top notch and will go out of their way to help you. Watched one nice lady fix a veterans wipers in the rain. What a wonderful place. AutoZone for life. Each person deserves a full pay raise to the max. I won't go anywhere else. Anyone else low rating is having a crabby day or can't communicate properly. This store is fire.
