- IAIan AbbottNov 2, 20255.0In an area that’s not necessarily known for having great customer service and great follow-through, it was really nice to be able to order parts online while at my son‘s baseball game, get the email notification that the order had been received, the email notification that the parts were ready for me to pick up, and then when I got there, everything was exactly what I ordered. I cannot tell you how refreshing that is. Both the gentleman working at the store at the time were friendly, helpful, and conversational. I had questions about stuff that I had not ordered but stuff that I will need to be getting sooner than later: fuel injection/fuel system treatments, and a couple other things, and they were helpful with that as well. Between the ease of ordering online, and the friendly customer service when I got there, followed by my order being correct, I will happily be using the store for any and all auto parts needs that I have. This is an easy, five stars.
