- EEEtta ElizabethDec 13, 20251.0I have never dealt with a nastier manager in my life anywhere. Ordered a part and was told it would be there at 10 it wasn't and that was fine. We were told to call at 1 not there call at 5.. then asked why we were calling so much. Also I wanted to purchase it online to use my coupon and they told me I could all day. Then at 4:30 after my son missed his test waiting on this part my husband went to the store to get oil and saw the radiator come in. He bought it and was told he would get the discount. he did not so when he got home I drove it back to return and get my 68.00 discount for my 19 year old college kid who really needs all he can save and the manager told me that he could return it but didn't want to for personal reason because we had called all day!!!! for personal reasons it would be a headache for him . I told him good thing it wasn't personal but a business transaction to refund my receipt. He spent 10 min telling me why he would not do it. eventually he had to because it was the law. it is horrible. read my reviews they are 99% positive. I will make sure all my local FB pages that I run know to avoid that nasty guy. Sad to because the other guys were very kind and couldn't believe he was acting like that. Can't wait to talk to the gm.
