  The entire experience was smooth and seamless from start to finish. The website was incredibly user-friendly, and rescheduling my appointment was quick and hassle-free. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. My windshield was replaced efficiently, and the quality of the work was excellent. Highly recommend!

  I’ve used this Safelite location (they came to me) three times over the past few years and every time I’ve had a great experience. Whether they’ve come to my house or my work, they’ve always done a great job. Their technicians are friendly and knowledgeable and get the job done right.

  They don't care one bit about their customers. They just want to take your money and not interact with you, whatsoever. I was driving to a job site, and was going to be home to meet the technician, about an hour after the arrival window started. Their email said to call with any questions or concerns about the schedule. I called and got their automated response, that said they no longer accept phone calls for any scheduling concerns and directed me to go to the web. I was driving. I could not go to the web, and there was no other option than to just let their guy come whenever he wants, and I was there, great. If I wasn't oh freakin well, if they had answered and spoken to me, they would have known I wouldn't be there.

  Make sure they have the correct glass for your car! After spending 3 1/2 hours sitting in the cold waiting room, I was told they couldn’t calibrate my windshield so they would have to order the actual glass from Subaru. So I had to go back the next week to do it over again. This is the second time this has happened to us. The people that worked there were very nice though.

  What a poor experience. I booked my original appointment for a Monday afternoon. Received my confirmation and waited for my technician. The person never arrived. I called the insurance company who says there was no appointment scheduled. I shared my confimration information with them. They stated there was nothing on the books for the day in question. They were happy to schedue my appointment for Wednesday. AGAIN! I waited for my service window. I called three times and each time, i was told. YES! They are on their way and will be there before 5pm. They never called and nothing could be done. I expressed serious concerns over the very deep crack in my front windshield, especially consiering how it continued to spread and get deeper. "Nothin we can do. Be there tomorow. I should have called earlier"!!! REALLY. The technician finally showed up the next day. Told me that they kept getting text messages about my windshield, but it was there day off!!!
